Saw this on ebay and just wondered what it is and what it does?

Used in Turbo cars to cool the air thats been heated by the turbo. Cooler air is denser and therefore gives a bigger bang.

I think ???

len's right, same with supercharger, the colder the air you can get in, the more 'bang' you get.

papperbear pull out the grill piece in your bumper that exposes the thread for the towing eye, and you'll see you already have one  ;D

funny you should say that, I've got my eye on some rather nice water injector cooler thingys at pitstop........ice sounds good though! how do you do it with ice?

I don't think I could fit another intercooler onto mine. the one I have now is almost as wide as the car  ;D
