Hello Guys
I just wanted to know how you can tell if your window has "dropped". As my drivers side one makes a rattling sound if you drive over slight bumps/holes if the window is down, if the window is up its fine I guess cause the window is sort of held in place. If the windows is say half way down I have grab the top of the windows and their is some play in it. (I can move it slightly left and right) Do I need to replace a part of the windows inside the door so its more secure.
Thanks in advance
Max

youll know when its dropped when its like mine at the moment lol
mine is able to go down about 3 inches, then gets stuck, then when you try and put it down further it just drops right down to inside the door!
so you then have to get out the car looking uber cool and pull the frigin thing up with your hands!!
so you sound ok for now

yep whip off the door panel and you'll find 2 rubber grommets - lower the window down (you'll have to re-attach the window controls) until you can see the clips through the inspection grommet
if you can see them cracked or missing then get the repair kit :afro:
