Title: throttle body

hi guys
have a 2ltr 8v in my mk1. what throttle body do I ideally want and from what car (model and age). thanks in advance

MK2 GTI 8v one is a good upgrade, but your inlet needs porting to make it fit.  a MK2 G60 inlet might be a closer match as its already designed for the MK2 size throttle body, and it points in the right direction for MK1 use. only issue is if you are able to hook up all the vac lines to it properly as i'd guess the pipes arnt quire right

heard of people using a larger throttle body from Audis of the same age. any ideas?

audi tb is same size as a mk2 one
