Title: Kent remap! you down this way?

Hi lads i am fitting my k04-001 this weekend so it will need to be remapped again  :rolleyes:


Spec
Custom code stage 1.5
AGU
Forge IC
Forge DV
Forge Intake
Miltek Full system
kinetic turbo manifold
K04-001  ( when fitted)!

I also have some TT injectors but have not fitted as dont wanna create any problems will these be ok?

Is there any thing else i need to get the most out of the setup?   What figers do you think i will get?  And! how much will it cost me lol! :evil:

Hello m8,

This would be the 1st AGU of this spec so I would like to map the car on the rolling road to make sure the fueling is ok.  The CC remap might even be fine with the K04?  If you want to pop upto us once the turbo has been fitted, so we can give you a rr session to log the boost and lambda so we can see what needs doing and we can take it from there.

would it be ok to put the injecters in now?  i will be driving a long way like 3h+ to your self.    If there a way i can limit the boost so i dont create any problems.

no point using the 225 injectors.... they're not needed ans the K04-01 is basically a K03s

you'd only need the injectors with a K04-23

Hello mate,

Just PMd you.

If you can get the car to us in the current form but with the ko4-001 fitted, if you have the 4bar FPR and pump to hand bring them with you just in case we need to richen the fueling up , It good to run a bit richer than leaner, plus it will allow us to run egts cooler.

Hi lads,  well it is all fitted and seems to be running ok other than blowing of pipes, i got a green spring in my forge DV and that has stopped the pipes blowing of  :rolleyes:

I have got the 4bar FR,  What fuel pump should i get?  So i am all ready to get it mapped by you :)

You will need a 4 bar+ fuel pump the easy option is fit an Audi OEM unit which will be fine or even fit a 3rd partyrace pump.
