hi as said above the water pump pully looks out of line with the crankshaft pully was going to push the water pump pully out abit with some washers any advice or help would b great
-
quite possible one of the pullys is wrong one
-
is it possible to have the pulley on the wrong way round?
-
wrong way round is a bit of a challenge but wrong one is easy done
-
Also to add to the pully issue check them for damage and that theyre not buckled or the recess is damaged or blocked with something causing it to jump out and that the dish of the pully is also not bent.
If no luck there mover the pullys and watch them as they spin giving you an idea as if to it being buckled which doesnt appear when forst looking at it
Good luck mate

I've got washers on my PAS pump - well, now its not individual washers, but 3 solid spacers. It will put more strain on the bearings long term, but as long as the washers are equal size - I wouldn't give it any grave concern.
