Title: bonnet stuck

helo today went to open bonnet forgot i already had pulled it and the handel is now stuck as if it was in the open position but the bonnet is down and will not cum up is it the cable or leaver?thanks

leaver kind of thing i think but dont quote me on it lol. mayby one of the springs is broke

rite got it open by pullin wire with plyers looked under the bonnet and the cable was well out of place could this be yhe reason?all could it be the handel in the car?seems to be ok tho
