I thinkin of gettin a Milltek and note that the edition 30 has 80mm twin end pipes compared with the GTI that has 76mm twin jets. Anyone know if an edition 30 spec will fit a normal GTI?????
They appear to both have 69.85mm pipe diameters so in theory the should fit. Any help would be appreciated.

If it's just the tail pipe's that are bigger i don't see why it won't fit ?.

You may have to do some work to get the ED30 version to fit from the cat-back, but the main difference is the downpipe from the Turbo.
The 80mm ends on the ED30 version are a much better design than the 76mm ones and if you can make it fit, I'd definitely choose the ED30 tails.

I've got a Leon FR which lists the GTI cat back as being compatible with the Leon, so I thought I'll get the Ed30 one instead as its abit nicer and bigger. I did not fit at first the tailpipes being too short but after a bit of modding (extending the taipipes) about 150mm it fits a treat (cost about £60 to do). So therefore the Ed 30 will fit the GTi according to the same logic.

the GTI/ED30 Milltek systems use the same middle sections so it should go straight on.
