Looking very clean and smooth. You need to bling your trainers up now though ;)
-
Very nice. Like the head lights especially.
What is it? (i know it's a golf..... i mean what engine)
When the coilovers are on, get some bigger brakes to look good behind those wheels.
-
Lookin gud mate. ;D i esp like the colour! :)
Dinx :-*
-
looks sweet.
I dont like the m3 mirrors though.(well i do)I had them on my mk3 & one morning went out side & this is what i said to myself.....
Why is there two wires hanging were my mirror used to be.
Some tramp knocked it off..... >:(Bits of dragon green m3 mirror all up the road.
Just mind hao you park.

i really, really like it. not often i say that about mark 3s. but u deserve a round of applause for picking a fab colour and doing an all round good job. 8)
* me, like jte wonders whats going on under the bonnet ;)
-
Looking good all round madsingh, those wing mirrors are quality though ;D
-
Looks good mate, luv the front, the bad boy bonnet blends in very nicely. But I am afraid the rear is screaming XR2i at me though. Nice job though :D
-
i bet Vix and jte 50 quid its a 1.8 driver :P
How do the coilovers feel Mr Singh?
-
i bet Vix and jte 50 quid its a 1.8 driver :P
I hope not for mr singh's sake. Still, it's not important as he probably has to drive around at 20mph living in fear of stone chips! :D
-
sorry ppl, Vix n Jte u might as pay blue lol, Blue post the half the money thou the post lol.
I wasn't bothered about it being a 1.8 driver, it was ownered by a granny. i got alot of stuff to it, conversion nxt year, cant due it yet as i aint as rich as Blue. So if u feel sorry for me, plz send money into the "Madsingh, Help a Conversion Fund" :P
Yep i drive not even at 20mph i get to 10mph and i think thats to fast so i drive like the granny used too. ;D
Blue will let u know soon as i get the car, buzy mate working mate. hows ur one gettin on?

eek... people def gonna think mk3s are slow now!
i just came back from having a lot of fun with a mk2 16v on the dual carriageway :)
-
yep i know the feelin, mk2 16v are great as was drivin my mate one stanard one,
but just dream at work when a 20vT 350Bhp + nos would feel in my car so overseer hope u added money to my fund box :D
-

As a nitrous fan, Im also in the same boat as you with a 1.6Mk2, However ive found that the 20vT isnt the greatest option for Nitrous unless your gonna put some serious cash into the drive train, Your much better with a G60 ;)
G60s are strong motors built for ragging, 1.8Ts wernt made to take so much stress, + with a G60 you dont have turbo spool up time. A Supercharged motor is fast enaught Let alone with nitrous, Id take a All motor G60 over a Juiced 1.8T anyday ;)
-
Fielder: Have you not read this months Golf+ magazine? It basically says that the 1.8 20v is the most solid engine around today and the internals are good for over 500bhp. I agree the G60's are strong, but you cant say "1.8Ts wernt made to take so much stress".
Madsingh: Personally I'm not a fan of bad-boy bonnets, but you've done a good job of it. It's crying out to be lower, get those coilovers sorted!!
