did anyone else receive a newer V5C logbook this morning and told to destroy the V5?

yeh, i think u missed the bit where it says u must also set fire to ur car within 7 days of receipt of this letter  :)

that wasn't on mine. maybe they only put that on the sh!te ones  :-*

I received one for the motorbike 2 weeks ago, then another for My SAAB a few days later, then one more the X-trail last week, But I still havent had one for the Cab! You would have thought it would be easier to send all the ones for one address together!
I feel sorry for Richs' postman!!

Nope, but that inspired me to look through my documents and noticed my MOT is due next month.

I haven't had a new one yet, but there was an adveet on the tv the other day sating that there ginna send 'em out within the next year (yeah right)

Just the government wasting yet more money improving something that works. . . .
