hi all, hows he done the 4 orange lights in the headlights of the mk4 on front page?

They are R32 xenon headlights  :wink:

changing the subject, ive seen a few of you guys smooth the inside of the airbox? why? whats that all about? :laugh:

yep whole headlight, xenons dont need fog lights ♦  :wink:

why the extra holes in the base of the box, drainage for water?

to let more air in. if you got water in yours i think you're gonna have a porblem

Wrong,it's to give it a deeper induction note,nothing to do with letting more air in.The dsg kit is for that.

fine, its to stop the restiction in the air flow, do it doesn't have to travel over all the bits in the box. i read it on this forum ages ago mate

I know what a smoothed air box is :laugh:,you were talking about what the drilled holes are for.As i said before,the holes are only to give it a deeper induction noise.
