Title: engline light on dash

just recently noticed i av a light come up on my dash, luked in the manuel and it says its the exhaust emission warning lamp, luk like an engine on the dash, any ideas wot this cud be, and if its expensive.

Yep. As said you need vagcom or a fault code reader.  :smiley:

i had the same light on last week , put it in to vag garage and they said .. your cat is foookt mate and the bank1 censor is needing replaced .. and then they said £970 .. and i said ............. i then went to a pals wee garage and he put the vag..com on to it , it came up the same fault but he said .. change the 2 lamba censors and see if it clears  , and it has .. the light stays out ... hope this helps.
