Title: Revs not dropping quickly

Does anyone no or have heard anything about the revs not dropping quick enough when changing gear quickly?

Seriously though, have you gotor can get access to vagcom as it could be anything. What engine do you have DBW (drive by wire) or cable as this could be a problem witht the potetiometers on a dbw as they can stick and need replaced

Whats a vagcom?? Im not sure of the engine model. I will have to look into this. I wa thinkin that it may be a breather pipe wit a tiny split in it. I have heard of this befor

Vag Com is a piece of software that can monitor your engines ecu for errors and the such, great piece of kit

 I think this is just teh way this engine is tbh. I know in my type-r's that ive had the revs rise and fall in an instant due to light flywheels etc. The Golf on the other hand rises then slowly drifts back down :wink:
