Title: wiring diagram.

Can any1 help me please. I've got a 1994 8v gti, some little s :-X t has broken into my car, and in some strange attempt to hotwire it has cut all the wires to my dash and steering column. Now I could have took this to vw for a hefty sum but my dad rekons he can sort it, all he needs is a wiring diagram. Now firstly is this gonna be possible for him and does anyone have the relevant diagram? Cheers, jenny. ;)

Can't  the haynes manual help ?

also if  you can see both sides of the wires you just need to pair them up i guess

the haynes manual is poor, i tried it for the wiring diagram i needed but no use. Also some of the mk3 golfs had wiring in the instument panel which was all white. not a lot of use for U, ill try and see if i have a diagram anywhere from the work i'm doing.
