Title: Polo handles on a MK3?

Quick one and once answered will lock this.


What Polo handles go on the MK3 as a straight fit? And anyone got any pics to link to? Cheers :)

Some people have fitted 6n4 or mk4 ones however I tried it and it did not work, the main problem is that it will not go into the door far enought to reach the lever.

Mines got rear 6n handles :) delocked ftw!

When I take the doorcard off at the weekend, ill see how its been fitted for you :)

I would think they have bent the release lever to be honest.

so is this just a standard 6n polo front handle?  might give this a go  :grin:

No it is a rear handle, the issue is that sometimes it will not link up to the release lever so you need to bend it, I tried it on mine and it was never going to work but people have done it by bending the lever.

Never took the door card off in the end :/ getting a new lock from Mikester at some point though, heres a pic of the handles though :)
