To run a garage you need a fair bit of intelligence; it's a business after all... the jobs inside need some analytical and logical thinking yet they always seem to get complete numptys to answer the phone... maybe the smart ones are too busy repairing that car ;)

I'm sold where do I sign?

"Anything more pacific?"

If someone asked me that, I would be confused to.

I went to look at a mk3 Gti that was at a 'garage'.

Was some bloke trading from his house, had several cars there.

Phoned him up to ask to have a look, he was very polite, said he had someone looking at another car at X time, said i would go over after, he said ok and that was that.

When I got there, it was obvious that all the cars were well looked after. He said that there was something not quite right with the car (wheel bearing possibly) that he was getting sorted the next day.

TBH, i proberly would have been better off buying that mk3 from a guy who, although was garden selling, knew what he was on about rather than my mk3 that had been through a year of neglect
