Title: MK2 Golf GTI 8V Running prob

I've got a mk2 gti 8v and it's developed a running problem, after a period of time it starts to judder and kangaroo making it un-drivable, I've changed the distributor, leads and plugs which solved the problem for about 1 week then it came back! Any help would be ideal! Could it be fuel related i.e. pump!?! Please help cos i don't want him to die!!!

Check for split hoses. I had a split underneath the big one from the air box and car kangarooed very badly.
