Title: mk3 anniversary 16`alloys (split rim)

i`m having trouble cleaning the outside part , any tips? i used wonder wheels as a last resort , even tho the box said do not use on split rims... after ages cleaning them they came up well , i used poorboys wheel sealant afterwards , which helped a little .... but surely everytime i wanna clean them i shouldn`t have to do so much hard work..... please any info would be much apprichiated  :smiley:

i`ve heard about wheel acid also , is this the same as the wonder wheels liquid?

u have to use wonder wheels when they in a bad state, then as long as u keep on top of it, you shouldnt need to use it again ever. Providing you wash your car every week.

do you have a set yourself? do you coat them with a protective wax , once cleaned?
