Title: Help re multichanger (again)

Ive bought a cd multichanger to replace my faulty one, but the connections are different. Do you think I would be able to get a cable to connect the 2 or would I have to re-wire the correct cable that came with the new one all the way to my HU?

what changer and which head unit ? chances are its unlikley you will get it to work
