Title: changing cars

my vw is currently off the road and will be for a long time, and i want to insure my brothers car (hes at uni so its just sat on the drive). can insurance companys change the car on your policy without losing the no claims. i.e i have been with this company for 10 months so need another 2 before i get another years no claims, so dont want to change companies and lose it.

you can change the car on ya policy at any time - if the company are willing to insure said car

99% of them will charge you an admin fee ranging from £10 to £25

just changed our lasses, increase in premuim, £18 added to a £21 admin fee.

no loss of no claims etc as the policy is still running, just the car thats changing. :wink:
