Title: autocraft vw specialist, south london

just found this place by me autocraft run by a fella called sean callan proper vw specailist really nice bloke really helpfull just put my car in for a full service next monday showed me the service sheet which is as long as my arm also does 2 diagnoses checks on the car as well also stamps your service book, cost 185.00 cant beat that. when i get the service sheet off him ill put it up but if your having trouble give this fella a call.

Hi,

I have an ED30 that's due its cambelt and waterpump service and I live nearby...anyone else used Autocraft?  Are they still around?!

jv - Good point! :wink: Just wondered if anyone else had experience of them.

Rhyso - Thanks, but Croydon's a bit far and I'm trying to avoid a day off work and have no Saturdays free for the for the next month.  I know, I know what's a day off work compared to looking after your pride and joy...but these guys are really local...

If I go with them, I'll report back here.

Just to update people, I decided to go with these guys in the end for cambelt, pump and a major service.  I'm glad I did.  I'm happy with the work, and they seem like a knowledgeable bunch of people who care about what they're doing.

Recommended if you're in SE London...they'll be looking after my ED30 for the foreseeable future.

I have known Sean for a long time he is a VW specialist and really knows his stuff. His garage is in between Charlton village and Woolwich (near barracks). Mick
