as above really the first one is the rear washer jet isnt working and it hasent poped off the motor so any one got any ideas to where elce it could have come off you can hear the pump working and it doesnt squirt out even when the hose is not on the pump so its not blocked at the pump ?
and the second one is the boot lock actuator works fine when the boot is open you can see it pushing and pulling on the catch to open the boot but when you close the boot its as if it hasent got enough strength to pull the catch in to place to open the door do these actuators get weak over time ?
any help would be great

If there isn't a damp patch in the boot by the lock, the other common place for the rear washer jet to disconnect is in the rear quarter panel (N/S). My washer jet went in both places a few weeks ago. Didn't take long to fix - 10 mins max.
You'll need to remove the headliner near the boot (trim just pops off without too much hassle and can be pulled down rather than removing the whole thing). Towards the left hand side by the rear quarter panel is a 90 degree plastic clip - I think you'll find it has come loose there perhaps? If it has, check in the cubby hole in the boot (where the firs aid kit lives) as there is a recess in there where washer fluid collected in my car. Youll need to dry this out too!
Hopes this makes sense?!

I put mine down to the cold weather - they must have froze and me being persistent and trying to use them forced them off! I just need to clean the blue stain left by the waher fluid off of the interior panel now!
Touch wood, they have been fine since.
