Some nice pics there, its amazing how little the styling has changed externally on the cars though. Golfs - Timeless classics, they always were and always will be

to put it into perspective, in 98 i bought a bay window camper, i think it was a 72??  or that might have been the bug.  my memories crap!!  but it was 600 quid with tax and mot and the interior was fully kitted out ;) :D

exactly jv!!  i went to the volksworld show and there were some, what can only b described as complete rust buckets going for like 7k upwards :o  u wont find a split screen for less than about 5-6k i would guess.

to get into that aircooled scene marcus u have to stop thinking about speed and more about living on a commune with some steelies for chairs and a big spliff in ur gob  ;) :D

I got a whole stack of pics from inters '95 which was my first dub show. Been meaning to scan them for quite a while now if anybody's interested in them maybe I'll get round to it. Some quite interesting ones of how times have changed (big rear spoilers, massive plastic bodykits etc).
