Title: Now With 'Bluevision'

Well today my awaited parcel of phillips 'bluevision'bulbs arrived  :grin: H1 main beam bulbs,H7 dipped beam bulbs and W5W sidelight bulbs
so got outside to get them fitted decided didnt want to skin my knuckles so off came the front bumper how much easier is it to replace the bulbs when you can remove the headlights  :smiley:

certainly a difference to the standard candles  :grin: much better whiter light worth the monet imo :afro:

Nice one! I've been waiting for someone to post pics after swapping all the lamps over to bluevisions. Am trying to decide between these and the silvervisions.

Nice one! I've been waiting for someone to post pics after swapping all the lamps over to bluevisions. Am trying to decide between these and the silvervisions.

tatl be telling lol  :wink: tho one mod is the numberplate surrounds tho i think they look  :cool:

What are they like when driving in the dark, is the beam shorter than before, some bulbs shorten the beam length which puts me off changing the bulbs on mine.

about 30% more than the standard bulbs apparently  :wink:

yep standard fit vw one :afro: so if your missing yours i think ther around £15 from the stealers or what about a local vw breakers  :undecided:

Just fitted these, expected them to be less yellow than standard but i've yet to see them in the dark so we'll see.

the standard fit bulbs ar yellow so to speak the bluevision ones have a more white light to them and much better  :laugh:

I fitted my Blue Vision sidelights over Easter....they seem much better - but then the nights are getting lighter on the drive home from work. I go the Phillips Silver Vision as the main beam too.

i have tried mine when its been dark on the way home from work after lates and they are a defo improvement over std better range and alot clearer crisp light output  :smiley: was foggy last night to and this was the first time since fitting them that i have drove in fog  :laugh: and they are better driving in that to  :wink:
