Title: Door lock button
Post by: Haribo! on 28 February 2009, 19:53
Ive just installed central locking onto my mk3 8v gti(87)
And theres two wires meant for an alarm that when places together activate the lock/unlock.
So I figure I could wire them up to a switch and have a locking button on the dash or something?
Anyone done this before, know what sort of switch I could use?

*would also like to know*

At the moment, I have a poor fitting one of a Saab - that I pinched from a scrappy. It needs to be NO push to make type.
