Title: New speakers for my MK4

oky doke i'm fed up of my driver's side front speaker working when it wants to so its time to upgrade

not an audio expert so what should i get that will give me a decent sound from my Pioneer FH-P80BT

only looking to upgrade the fronts and i've got a max budget of £150

suggestions please  :smiley:

150 is a reasonable amount to spend on speakers so I wouldn't plump for the first set, got any car audio places near yours where you can ask their advice?

really good speakers, not the best quality sound when compared with something like DLS iridiums or the such but then the price makes up for it. DLS would set you back around £350. the orion ones will last foreever, really durable and can be thrashed for fun

the orions sound great but you will have a mounting issue with the tweeters as they will not fit behind the original trims

Not only that but knowing orion equipment ( especially the HCCA range) they would not be my first choice if you are runnning them from a headunit.
