Title: What radiator????

Hi guys i'm in the middle of a KR conversion on my mk1 caddy, not sure what radiator to use? Don't have the mk2 golf rad and the caddy's rad is nackered. Also i'll be using twin weber 45's with a pipercross panel filter, will this foul on the rad unless I mount it under the slam panel? cheers Tom

ive heard corsa/micra rad fits on slam panel but is shorter, a std one may fit without issue it depends on the inlet design and how you gonna filter em.  a bog std MK1/2 1.8 GTI rad and hoses will fit the KR no problem, assuming no clearance issues with carbness.

on that link one of the guys says he didn't want the ram air affect? why this? bad on fuel econemy?
