looking at getting some new wheels seen a set on ebay that i like thing is they're all 9j wide and have an ET of 15. my cars been lowered about 35mm, would it be sensible for me to get them? how much would arch rolling set me back? cheers

Going to need more than arch rolling, your going to need flares to cover them it will be a lot of work.

Best offset is around et35.

nope, just a baby 1.4. had a gti before that though but it got written off  :cry:  still tempted to make a bid on these though :undecided:

I would, if they dont fit you will be able to sell them easy enough. edition boys run et15 so it maybe possible.

u will need 2 get the arches rolled at the very least. like spunkymonkey said theres loads on e38 that run wide wheels.

got a quote of about £30-£40 per arch to get rolled

Just for info a Bmw E30 has a center bore of 72.6, a Golf is 57.1 so you will need to get custom spiggot rings so they locate on the hubs.

Shame then!

9J is a bit wide but I have had 8J on without any problems and as yours is only 35mm lowered you may have got away with it!
