Title: Hello, I'm new!

New Mk4 owner here - first VW in my motoring career and loving it so far.......

1.8T ('aum' apparently - whatever that means!  :huh:  Lol!)

Paid £4300 (in November last year), 43000 miles, full leather interior with a splash of walnut! - mint condition!   :smiley:

It actually belongs to my wife (well I tell her that anyway) and I've got big plans for it which she doesn't know about either! Other car is a Clio 172cup.


One quick question I do have, were all the 1.8Ts built in Germany, heard a rumour that some were built in Spain?

Is that right?
