Title: New brake discs and pads
Post by: gjroe78 on 21 February 2009, 22:37: Right so the wife gt-tdi goes in for a service next week and i know it needs new discs and pads so the question is...... Do i upgrade the discs(drilled & grooved) or just get standard vented ones
Seen these but not sure if its worth it ???

Not wanting to spend £££'s either as it's just the wifes daily at the moment

I managed to get Mintex 312mm fronts (with pads) and 256mm rears (and pads) for about £100 from the seller I linked to, as I didn't have to pay for delivery :)
