hi im adam just bought my first golf today (1.8 t gti 180 mk4) just wondering if anyone could tell me where i can find an adjustable dumpvalve for it?

id try the internet mort, you can buy anything on there

other than that someone on here will point you in the right direction

thanks mate, only just got back with the car 9 hours of driving to get it but thats worth it for a bargain !!!

i was looking at buying the twin supercharged 1.4
but decided upon the child friendly 2.0 gt fsi 5 door mk5, only had it a week
just looking for induction kit to put on it at the mo, just searching for the best one tbh

welcome :cool: stick with a re circ valve the 1.8t's dont like blow off vales even the forge splitter  :undecided:

thanks for the info.  i just found that out the hard way ha ha . i bought a forge recirc valve from the dub freeze show today and fitted it then had the brain wave of blanking the hole in the air flow pipe and letting it release to the atmosphere to find a good noise but absolutely dire idle.
