Title: mk 3 dial kit
Post by: vdubman on 21 February 2009, 21:34: just need some advice from u guys and girls,i am planning on to buy a white dial kit next week.the problem is my needles are white and i love the red ones.ive got a 1995 n reg gti and not sure if can replace them or just paint them red.any advice would be helpfull in this matter.

there are also the plazma dials that emulate the mk4 style for similar monies to the the lockwood kit your thinking of buying

The cellulose paint might melt your needles :sad:

thanx mate,wasnt thinking about that.dont wanna run out on fuel or taking loans out to pay the speeding tickets :smiley:

i think a bright red would do the job nicely

yeah its a bit pricey,but come december with my bonus,no probs.but for now the kit of ebay will do as i wanna get a set of mats from justmatz,two birds with one stone :smiley:

haha,i wish i did mate,would be driving a r32 if i was.i work at a dairy company and so all the overtime that has been done through the year gets payed in dec in one lump some.and i work one week on and one week off-nice :cool:

I've already changed the lighting to blue, but there's a wiring problem or something so they don't work half the time :sad:

How did u manage to put the seat cupra dials in ?! i didnt relise u could!
