Title: PAS tensioner bolt collar?

Hi all,

Just wanted to check something...

My power steering belt is too loose - however when I checked the tensioner bolt to tighten it, it seems that the collar which presses up against the bracket has broken off and is loose, looking more like a washer?? so when I tighten the bolt the collar isn't pushing against the bracket - would I be right in thinking its bust and I therefore need a new bolt? any ideas where I could get another? and I assume I just loosen the bolt until it un screws and replace with the new one? any help would be brill...
