Couldn't resist it - driving a sh!tty Renault company car for too long and my missis (who's learning to drive!) needed a car. Imagine that, Lancashire's first Social worker that drives a Mk2 GIT! Class
So, I've taken it out for a spin, the engine sounded sweet, everything works but the steering felt proper POO. This didn't stop me though, I can use it on the track if she doesn't like the heavy steering thought I - but it turns out I'm sure there's something wrong with it.
Haven't had time to buy a Haynes so can anyone offer me a bit of info to check on. It's on a 84 B plate - from what I've read - it doesn't have power steering? Is that right?
Nice one
Matt

hello and welcome to the world of Mk2s :afro:

Sweet, she's learning so you got her a car for you to drive.
With no power steering she's bound not to like it so in the end it becomes your second car, top marks!
