Title: Carb problem on my MK1 cab..
Post by: maaarcooose on 15 February 2009, 17:55
While I was tightening the water pump belt, I decided to check out my carb, a Pieburg 2E which has been running a bit weird and I noticed that the carb itself isn't actually fixed to the inlet manifold.
I just lifted it off. It seems like the pipes, cables and air box are the only things holding it in place.

I presume this isn't right.

I swear this car is running on good vibes alone.
