Title: Pipercross Panel Filter Retention oil? Needed?
Post by: Stevo-Anni on 15 February 2009, 16:20
Just got a panel filter and it came bone dry, just wondering is it supposed to be dry or should i spray a little dirt retention oil on it?

My past exsperience with pipercross induction kits i have always needed and used a dirt retention oil, never had a panel filter before.

Any info would help,thanks

Ready to eat, mate! :afro:

The oil clogs up the MAF's on the Mk4. ;)

You didn't hang around, did you?! :D

Apart from a filter cleaner from a motor factors, not really sure what household products would do the job?? :undecided:
