Title: this is all new to me!!!!

hi, just joined and thought i'd say hello! I have just become the proud owner of my first vw, a beautiful (well, will be) 1988 mk2 golf gti 16v. having endured a plethora of sub standard vauxhalls i have seen the light and been bitten badly by the vw bug. this car will be an ongoing project as a daily work runner hopefully in the easter hols it will be painted and engine re-built or replaced. Im sure i will have some pics soon and more than likely some questions too if anyone out there will be kind enough to help me?? such as can i do a power steering conversion and if yes, how? and where would be the best place for the reservoirs when i smooth out the engine bay? thanks in advance, Darlo.
