Title: is this normal?
Post by: barry-gti on 14 February 2009, 21:07: every time i start my car, once i let go of the key a wierd noise comes from the engine. its hard to explain though, it sounds like when you spin a wheel yoo fast and it wobbles but more high pitched :huh: (something like that anyway) but its definatly a spinning sort of noise or a rubbing

did he put a new or 2nd hand starter on as very common for the starter to squel both my golfs and the mrs leon does it
