Title: Gearstick template for gear linkage change
Post by: Mk2George on 13 February 2009, 19:53
Evening chaps,

Im looking to change all the gear linkage bushes and rods in my car soon and I thought some time ago I had seen someone with a link to a template for the tool to hold the stick central that can be downloaded and printed off so you can make youre own .....

Tried a search but no joy.

Anyone know who has it???

Cheers Tim

Stick a casette tape between the plastic detent tab and the side of the housing and itll be fine, did my own by rack of eye and its fine, just take it easy the first time you take it out and check you can find all the gears before moving off.
