Title: Folding Rear Seat

My 90' GTI has the folding rear seat. When trying to release the buttons to fold the back I pulled one of the buttons out............. Now I cannot get the seat back to lay down.

Any tips / quick fix for this???

get in the boot, you should see the lock levers either side. pop it up with a screwdriver and get another knob, dead easy to swap push it into the hole and it has a hook that attaches to a pin on the lever

oki, I see.

I suspect that a part of the button is broken off in the ''lock''....... I just need to fish it out I guess...

scrappy or vw, maybe classifieds if you cxan find someone breakin a mk2 :)
