Title: Face vents?

Cant slide my heater control all the way to the left to get air out the face vents. It stop at feet and face vents and only a really little amount of air comes out. Any ideas what up? Thanks in advance.

Mine is like this too. It could be the cogs just behind the centre console have become misaligned or loose, but mine wasn't that - its something to do with the airbox for me, and the last time I tried to get to it I gave up - its possible (apparently) to do it with the dash in, but I couldn't get enough access. So long as you've still got the windscreen option its no biggy.

Sounds like the gears binding, mine were pretty worn so it was knackered.

You can try to apply some grease to the gears and see if it eases up. Look at my project thread and its got loads of pictures.
