Title: 2005 car @ 23k miles ~ HPFP Cam Follower

Just purchased a follower from dealer @ £23GBP ($35).
2005 car @ 23k miles on the clock this is how the follower looked.
The surfaces are worn but smooth and no ridges. Rev A cam showed no signs of wear either.

Is this on a car with the oem HPFP?

Standard car with original factory HPFP.
But does have my own design (£20) PVC fix.
