Title: In one word, Why did our VR6 engine smash it's top end to bits.

Our old VR6 smashed up it's top end, why?
(Grandsons car, poor maintenance, valves and allsorts knackered)

The chain snapped or slipped due to poor oil feed caused by lack of changes.
