upon ordering 2 items from these guys, i only recieved one, second came a couple of weeks later
but the first, a front bumper had a gauge in it, so to get this up to scratch i am having to get it repaired before it can be painted... sh!t you shouldnt have to do when you buy something NEW, now when the rear spoiler came, that was a joke, it has been made in 2 pieces and it truely is a shabby job, where its been filled in you can still see the cracks also it dont even sit on the car properly ?!?!? this is really a pathetic job and for the price of ?150 for it is a total rip off.
the front bumper was around 350 too.
just want to warn you about their service, so be careful
i emailed them and got no reply
ill not be ordering from them again.
has any1 else ordered with them and got this shabby $hit ?

id have rang them, and complained - and even sent the items back

It's a lot easier for them to ignore an email, and claim they never received one (which could also be possibly be true)
Phone them up, and keep phoning until they agree to replace the damaged goods they sent you. Obviously be polite at first because it could quite easily be a genuine mistake, and you're more likely to get helpful service than if you're biting their ear off.

From what I remember about them, they are a professional company and would rather hear of a complaint and deal with it. Its better to complain so they can rectify the problem, after all a lot of business is done by word of mouth. A bad thing can spread real quick, but you can't do anything if your not aware of it.

yeah id ring em!, there only 20 miles from me so id have bene kncking on there door!!!, but if your miles away just tell em how unhappy you are after being reccomended to em!!! this should sort em, as said earlier, bad publicity spreads like mad, so if they dont sort it, slag em like mad on as many forums as poss thats what id do!!, (only if they dont rectify the prob!!)

Quite some years ago now I bought a copy clipper kit off them for a cabro, it was awfull the body shop just laughed at it, R&A refused to take it back said it was ok in there eye's. It was a joke!
I ended up selling it to someone that didn't mind the work for half the money I paid for it and made a bit off a fuss around there stand at inters back when it was at the research place.
And look what they did to that poor Golf Limited! :o

Ive orderd from them, The front lip i orderd arived fast and in very good condition, All fiberglass componunts need a little bit of sealing from cracks, Your local bodyshop SHOULD include this when they do a respray for no extra cost. Trust me, Ive got fiberglass on all 4 corners of my Dub now all from different websites, and RA-deisngs where one of the best .

glad i didnt order my wheels from there now! might have paid more from dubmiester but at least i have my piece of mind! :D

Ive still had ok dealings with them. Maybe its under new management? I find with more things fiberglass and mail order i now expect them to be damaged when they arive, They bodyshop who painted my side skirts said they probally only cost ?6 to make, Yet i paid over ?140 just to buy em :o

Umm well they started by changing it to RHD but made a real mess of it, you open the glove box and Oh there is all teh wires in a big mess, then they lost the front end! they have the wrong bumper, no blue grill etc single head lights etc.... then the engine came out they painted the engine block and a few other bits blue, then came the blue hoses and all the halford bits they could get on it!
Will that do for starters, Yes I know I am playing with my Limited by changing the charger but everything I do can be turned back, on a car like the Limited they are so rare you really shouldn't mess with them.

If i had a limited id strip it down to the bare bone then re-build it, So i knew how the motor was designed and what makes it so fast, Then when i knew all its secrites i would make a super army of them! and take over the drag strip! mwahahah!!!!! ;D
