Title: Sagging front big bumper

my mk2 has a saggy front big bumper, its an original big bumper model.

its looks as though the edges are drooping down. Any ideas to correct this.

take it off and replace the brackets on the side of the wing with new items

it may not be the brackets it could be the clips inside the bumper where it clips onto the wing support. you may have to fabricate some or get some from a scrappy. i know vag ones are screwed on but pattern ones and plastic welded on

mine are plastic welded on. do you know if you can buy just the C bracket and rivot/screw it on to replace them?

Take the bumper off and you can adjust the way it sits on the car by the brackets. The bolts will be rusted so abit of WD40 and you should be alrite.
