Title: Electric window relays

Anyone know exactly how to remove the electric window looms?  I have the 2 D-shaped relays out from both door panels, just need to get the associated switches and wiring out now.  Dash is off but it like wire city behind there!  ::)

to get the switches out...

Take off the gear knob and the gator. (the whole panel pulls out)

There should be ONE screw that holds the whole centre section in place. Unscrew this.

Then unscrew the two screws that are attached to the under-dash-trays (one for each side)

Now pull / slide out the centre section and the switch wires should now be in view.

Unclip the switches and trace the wiring loom back to the fuse box and pull out the wires.

This is for a mk2 golf.
