Title: any oil change tips? 96 golf 3 gti 8v agg engine

hi all,

im thinkin of changing the oil in my car as its due for a change now, thing i wanted to ask that when you change the oil theres still gunk left in the engine, wa if i put some cheap oil in n take it 4a good run a few miles n then changed it will that make any difrance? or what about them engine flushes u get? i heared they not good as they can damage the seals in the engine? wa oil do i need 2get? it has 107k miles now n its reg serviced, i no i gota change oil filter too but what else should i change?? about 15k miles ago i changed sparkies & leads, rotoe arm & disp cap.

the oil you want is 10/40w   

ATF  is very good at flushing enignes  but if resonably maintaned vw engines keep reasonaly clean inside ( not 20v jobs on longlife tho )

just drop the oil when it's warm   it drains quicker then
