Mine needs a serious clean up. Water went over in it and it all needs serious cleaning. What's the best tool for the job? I've sucked all the water out with a wet vac but now need to clean it. I guess I need to vaccum it first to take the big dirt off?
Would a wet and dry vac with the water sprayers work best? Or a good steam cleaner? I also would like to use it on a Chrysler carpe too, which is a huge empty space with no seats.
I'm probably gonna hire it, so what is the best tool?
Thanks!

Hire places tend to do those industrial type wet vacs which I would have thought would be good. You don't wnt something too aggresive though incase it sucks up your entire seat!

OK thanks, will look out for one!

B&Q or whatever it is hire the steam cleaner things.... about 25/notes for a day + chemicals
they are effective at removing dirt - just do it on a nice warm day

Maybe we should have a weekend blitz on both cars after the worst of the winter and before the show season kicks off ?

i use my numatic spray extraction machine for my interior, comes up mint every time, biobrisk is a must!!!good stuff and i add a drop of zoflora to the tank to kill any bacteria in the carpet or seat material which are the cause of odours in cars.
