ok so if the police once their speed camera gets 'jammed' decide to pull you over for a further inspection and find this device do you really think they'll say "no problem here on your way mate" dont think so some how!

they aint as stupid as they look!

nice idea though, and probably works in the instance of the mobile van where he wont take off after you.

i have one in my car and van and can vouch for them, absolutelywouldn't be without now, saved me a good 3or4 times against driving into a wall :wink:youcan switch it off really quickly if needed, and then it would be down to someone to prove you had left it on

I thought these things were outlawed because of their misuse?

There are sections in the recent road traffic act (the one that made mobile phone usage whilst driving an offence) which will make jammers/radar detectors illegal, but last I heard those sections had still not been made law. Thats not to say you could not get charged with Perverting the Course of Justice which one fella was, although he had an older 'garage door opener' device which can trigger jam codes on the guns (and he had no garage door to open). So bit of a grey area.

I have had a Laser Pro Park for 2 years and it has only been used once, so paid for itself already imo. Not sure what I will do when they are completely outlawed though.
