Title: help on vagcom codes plz

gf sister bought a polo 1.4 so plgged vagcom in for here and this came up havnt got a clue what it is.

cud it hav something to do with the aircon?


01271-positioning motor for tempe flap
open or short to b+

01271-positioning motor for tempe flap
short to ground

01271-positioning motor for tempe flap
short to b+

01596-motor for outside circulated air flap
blocked or no vlotage

help is very greatful  :wink:

plus has this happened to you with vagcom went to do an engine scan and it wudnt sync with vagcom in other words it wudnt do a scan.

plus has this happened to you with vagcom went to do an engine scan and it wudnt sync with vagcom in other words it wudnt do a scan.

3 possibles

1) ignition not switched on
2) no power to ECU caused by blown fuse  - you wont be able to start the car at all if this is the case
3) cable not securely in place

it mite b the cable but it done the auto-scan would a different engine make it not work.
