Hi,
A few points...
1) Claying (more or less) removes all wax's/sealants from your paint, you absolutely must re-protect your paint afterwards to prevent oxidation etc.
2) T-Cut is NOT an effective wax - it offers little or no protection. Buy something else!!! It sounds like you might be getting your products from Halfords etc, so from there I would probably go for Autoglym Super Resin Polish followed by a coat or two of Autoglymn Extra Gloss Protection, or alternatively Meguiars NXT Paste Tech Wax.
3) Regularly using t-cut is going to totally f##k up your paint - its quite harsh. Autoglymn Super Resin Polish has similar effects but is far far milder.
4) The cleaner wax that came with the kit... You'll have to say what its called exactley to be sure, but it sounds more like a paint prep used before applying wax.

If these are the only products you have:
Megs Clay Bar
Megs Cleaner
Turtle Wax
Then use them in that order.
If you want to spend more then their are hundreds (thousands) of products to choose.
Give us a list of what you have or are willing to spend and go from that.

iv got some Mer wax too its just when it gets into little scratches its a nightmare brings them right up! i didnrt realise t cut colour was damaging paintwork! thanks for the idvice in future ill just use the t cut on scratched areas!

I'm due to clay my car next time I clean it, haven't done it in 6 months. This is the process I usually do (bar the claying):
1. Rinse car down
2. Two bucket method
3. Rinse
4. Dry with Meguiars towel
5. Meguiars Paint Clean (brings up the colour REALLY well, Dragon Green ftw!)
6. Meguiars Polish
7. Meguairs Liquid Wax (2 coats)
Car comes out look amazing after this.

Clay, you clean the car first to get any crap off it it, then you clay it, then ideally you should clean the car again, before paint cleaning it.

Got you, ok cheers

Well yeah there is that too lol! However I paint clean, then polish, then wax, I dunno why but with Meeguiars, the paint cleaning stuff really does bring out the green of the car, and the polish brings that certain 'shine', obviously the wax seals it :)
Oh and if you're feeling really frisky, use bumper care or something similar to bring back the black of your trim :)

guys after my first proper day of detailing,(normally I just wash and polish) I have just spent 5 hours doing it, and I went down this road:
1. Megs Clay
2. Megs Paint Cleaner
3. Joffs Polishing wax (from ebay, love it)
4. Collinite 476 x 2 coats
Too dark when I finished to get some shots, but the paintwork feels great after its first good claying session. Thanks for all your help.

Just wanted to say that I used this clay kit a few months back and I must say it really was worth all the hard work... Here's how my car came out:

cleaner wax is exactly that... a paint cleaner and wax
its like step1 paint cleaner with step3 wax (although not carnauba!)
the reason why youre having to clay it is because youve probably t-cut it regularly, best advice - bin the t-cut!!
autoglym super resin polish is a micro abrasive cutting agent and polish, not needed imo if youre claying
use plenty of the megs quik detailer (as its a lubricant)
the cleaner wax is there to finish the job, (its an old megs product) to clean up any residue and put a selant on your treated paintwork, simples!
